Our office has solid knowledge of the issues related to clinical trials in Canada. We represent various hospitals throughout Quebec on a regular basis in the negotiation of clinical trial agreements, whether it is an agreement with the pharmaceutical industry, directly or through a CRO, an inter-institutional agreement, or even non-disclosure agreements.

This experience has led us to acquire specific knowledge of hospitals reality and the legislation applicable to them, which in turn allows us to offer efficient and trustworthy advice. We can, for example, draft, review and negotiate various agreements between a hospital and a third party (such as a lease agreement, a donation agreement, material transfer agreement, etc.), as well as provide legal advice on the hospital’s obligations in a given situation.

Our services can be retained in collaboration with the hospital’s internal legal department, whether to cover a temporary absence or a work overflow, or simply to obtain an external opinion on a legal situation.
